MOVE THAT BODY

Computers, cars, TV, all designed for us to sit. The result, sore backs, and bad posture.
Humans are not designed to sit for long periods of time.
We are built to move, jump, run, walk, play.
You have to get up at least once an hour to stretch and move. When sitting, make sure your chair is set up correctly and monitor how you sit to ensure your body posture is in its best position.
Other options are to get a standing desk and alternate between sitting and standing. Another thing that will help is to get a swiss ball and swap your sitting time between it and your chair.
So, get off your butt and move!
